Hi, I’m Marissa, mom of five, snack lover, and the heart behind Platter & Pine. This dream started as a way to reconnect with myself after years of pouring into my family full-time. I’ve always had a thing for beautiful food and casual grazing, because let’s be honest, who doesn’t love snacks over a full meal? I wanted to create something fun, creative, and community-driven that let me stay present with my kids while still chasing a dream of my own. And just like that, Platter & Pine was born, a St. Louis-based mobile catering business that brings people together over incredible bites and unforgettable moments.

Instead of shared trays and scattered grazing tables, every guest receives their own individually crafted charcuterie serving—beautifully presented, portioned just for them, and made fresh on-site or boxed ahead for convenience. It’s the perfect mix of luxury and practicality, with all the flavor and none of the food waste.
