We’re so glad you’re considering Platter & Pine to be part of your celebration! Below are the terms and conditions that help keep everything smooth, clear, and stress-free for everyone involved.

Booking & Payment

A $150 deposit is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

We accept payment via Venmo or Cash.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Your $150 deposit is refundable if canceled 30 days or more before the event.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

You may reschedule your event without penalty if changes are made at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the event may result in a fee or forfeited deposit.
Event Day Details

Our team will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to your event for setup.

Please make sure there is clear access and adequate space for our mobile cart.

If access is delayed or restricted, additional charges may apply.
Food Safety & Storage

We transport all food using coolers and shipping-grade ice packs to ensure safety and freshness.

Our products are meant to be enjoyed immediately upon service. We cannot ensure food safety beyond that window.
Menu Customization

Menu selections must be finalized one week before your event.

Special ingredient requests can be accommodated for an additional fee and must be confirmed prior to your final payment.

Due to seasonal availability, we may make like-for-like substitutions as needed.
Weather & Outdoor Events

Our cart works both indoors and outdoors, but we do require a shaded or covered area in high heat or poor weather.

If weather conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to delay or decline setup for the safety of our staff and your guests.
Travel Fees

We’re based in St. Charles County, Missouri.

We’re happy to travel beyond that area! A travel fee may apply and will be discussed during booking.
Allergies & Liability

Our food is prepared in a shared environment and may contain allergens.

Guests with allergies should consume at their own risk.

Platter & Pine is not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Photos & Promotion
-
We occasionally take photos at events for social media and marketing. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let us know in writing.
